Settlement Schedule |
Atlantis will settle all sales generated amounts (less 4.00%) to the Hotel/Resort 15 calendar days after event date. Payments will be directly deposited/given to the hotel's nominated bank account. |

Refund & Chargeback |
All Refunds requested/received day after the settlement. The property should process chargeback directly to the customer and the transaction fees deducted by Atlantis are NOT refundable, since the service of online payment facility has been rendered already. |

Disputed Transactions by Guest |
When the customer filed a dispute from their credit card issuer, Atlantis will request for proof of consumption with a deadline of 5 calendar days to submit (i.e., signed bill-out receipt, any form of document with customer signature of consumption, gov't id copy of the guest). Failure to submit required documents, the property will be liable in paying back the amount disputed to Atlantis. |

Others |
1. The service Platform can be further used for 12 months after September 19, 2025 (1st date of Registration), for other online voucher sale events that the The Great Boracay Getaway will decide to do in the future.
2. Atlantis Systems Technologies Filipinas, Corp will complete the deployment of Atlantis Voucher Deal platform within the said timeline and conduct user-training to participating properties. |
